Ricaventura Ltd declines all responsibility in case of:

	Physical injuries or material damages caused by incorrect use of vehicles.
	Driving under the influence of alcohol, drugs or any medicines.
	Driving with health problems not suitable for the operation of these vehicles.
	Driving without respecting the highway regulations.

Instructions for drivers:

	Keep all safety equipment on (helmet, etc.)
	Take special care of country roads, protect wildlife and keep away from private property
	Keep a safe distance between other vehicles
	Damages caused by the driver's fault will be charged to the driver
	Compulsory driving license (car, 125cc - motorcycles license for all larger motorcycles)
	The vehicle can be confiscated from the driver in the case of reckless driving.

Security deposit:

Open voucher of $500

Reservation:

	50% of the total when booking
	50% when given the keys
